Gembala diladang tidur nyenyak dibuai mimpi bahagia.
Tiba-tiba terdengar suara bergema, malak sorga menyampaikan b’ritanya.

2.  Sang gembala takut dan tertegun oleh cahaya malaikat.
Namun malaikat berkata se’gra: Hai gembala, jangat takut!
